MES system implementation project
Between 2023 and 2024, thanks to EU subsidies, we implemented a project aimed at automating and digitizing processes in production, logistics and quality management.
- To this end, touch-screen terminals with mobile barcode scanners were delivered and installed for the needs of workshop management in production, and mobile readers with barcode applications for logistics transaction management in logistics.
- At the same time, applications for production and material handling were implemented with the possibility of displaying production documentation in digitized form directly at the operator's workplace.
- The effectiveness of the entire solution lies in simplifying the work of operators and providing accurate data on the status of production orders and warehouse status online.
- The technology is deployed in both Tawesco Automotive production plants - in Úvaly and Pečky.
